**CANCELLED - The 2009 Lake Del Valle Splash-N-Dash Series**

YES, you read that right. It is with heavy hearts and heads that we have to announce the cancellation of the Lake Del Valle Splash-N-Dash series for 2009.  Due to limited registrations and the economic reality of putting on a race series, we have decided to forgo this season, and come 2010, evaluate the viability of doing this again.

THAT SAID, you can still sign up for the Del Valle Du, in conjunction with the 11th Annual Del Valle Aqua Challenge, presented by the fine folks at OnYourMarkEvents.  Same Course, Same Fun, just on Saturday July 25th instead!!

If you really wanna Splash and Dash on a Thursday, take a pointer to our other good friends at ADF Sports Marketing, and sign up for their UBS Splash-N-Dash Series held at Steven's Canyon Reservior in Cupertino!  Just as hard, just as fun, and a BEAUTIFUL venue.

We wish you all a great 2009 of training and racing, and perhaps we'll see you again in 2010.
